Visiting Toy Story Land During the Holidays
I finally did it! After 6 months of being open, I was able to visit Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World Resort. The land is even more cute, colorful, and immersive than it looks in photos. Once you enter, the tall toy characters, strung Christmas lights, and tall grass instantly make you feel like you’re in another world. And the bold, colorblocking aesthetic is just too Instagram worthy! With this being Toy Story Land’s opening year, this is of course the first time guests have been able to see it decorated for the holidays. For a picture perfect look visiting Toy Story Land during the holidays, I picked out an adorable Toy Story holiday sweater from Fun.com.
No matter where you go to take your pics at Toy Story Land during the holidays, this Toy Story Christmas sweater from Fun.com is the perfect fit, since the pale blue cloud design with the contrast of the bold colors of Jessie, Woody, and Buzz really pop in photos. Also, since the sweater had Buzz, Woody, Jessie, Ham, and Rex it went with all the characters and scenery in this magical new land!
One of my favorite Toy Story Land holidays scenery was the “sugar cookie” Ham wearing a Santa hat in front of Woody’s lunchbox! I also stopped by and got a cinnamon cranberry apple tart which was incredibly delicious (and only $3.49).
I also liked the details of Rex wearing antlers, and the deep cut of having Angel Kitty from Toy Story That Time Forgot in a golden macaroni frame! And also around the Alien Swirling Saucers were ornaments that looked like the Toy Story green aliens!
Also around Toy Story Land during the holidays were Woody and Jessie dressed in their holidays outfits, and other small holiday touches here and there to keep your eyes out for (like the string of popcorn strung over Woody’s Lunchbox). I got so many compliments on my Toy Story Land holiday outfit too from cast members and guests in the area! I think it made the perfect sweater to wear to make my first Toy Story Land visit extra memorable.
