With Star Wars: The Last Jedi coming to theaters December 15, Lucasfilm has teamed up with Dole to Unite for a Healthy Galaxy! You can currently find lots of delicious Dole produce in stores featuring Star Wars characters on the packaging, such as Star Wars stickers on Dole bananas. My daughter loves picking out fruits with characters she loves watching in the Star Wars films, and often help encourage her to make healthy snacking choices. To further healthy eating inspiration, Dole has worked creatively to bring 12 amazingly delicious and healthy recipes inspired by Star Wars: The Last Jedi! These recipes make for a great way for kids to be excited about healthy eating to eat, and families to enjoy making meals at home together!
