RockLove Princess and the Frog Collection is Here!

Ever since Princess and the Frog came out ten years ago, Tiana has been my favorite Disney princess. I love RockLove jewelry, who makes a lot of Disney and Star Wars pieces (among other fandoms). Having owned a few RockLove pieces already, you can imagine I GASPED when I saw there was now a RockLove Princess and the Frog collection!

In the collection, you can find necklaces, earrings, and rings. There are three themes with the pieces: A coordinating set of silver earrings, necklace and ring with a water lily and pearls. The second is a coordinating set of silver earrings, necklace and ring that are frog/lily pad themed. And lastly, a gold set of coordinating necklace and earrings that look like beignets!
I received my two favorite pieces, the water lily pearl ring and the gold beignet necklace. The box itself was a work of art. It is green with a gold leaf design on the outside. Once you open it, there is a silhouette of Tiana inside the lid, and a velvet bag that says “Princess and the Frog” with the necklace. Being obsessed with putting together themed outfits to wear to Disney Parks, I immediately put together an outfit to go with the pieces from the RockLove Princess and the Frog Collection (All photos by Katie Pritchard):
I just love that the ring is the perfect balance of elegance yet very on-theme to Princess and the Frog. RockLove’s jewelry always has lots of detail and thought put into the design since their customers (like me) crave designs that cater to their fandom. Aside from the detailed water lily, the ring has a gorgeous vine-inspired design around the whole band.
The beignet necklace is also a favorite, because it is simply so cute! If you’re looking for a simple pendant with some Disney flair, this is perfect. The top side has white micro-crystals on top to represent a thick layer of powdered sugar. The underside is solid gold. It comes with an adjustable chain that can range from 16-18 inches.
I absolutely love these pieces to add to my Disney style, and to show my love for my favorite princess: Tiana. They’re great to wear in New Orleans Square at Disneyland, and would also be great for Tiana’s Place on the Disney Wonder cruise ship and the upcoming Princess and the Frog-themed restaurant at Walt Disney World Resort.
