Low Calorie Cocktails at Disneyland Resort - Disney Cocktails - Skinny Disney Cocktails - Disney Travel Tips

When you’re in Southern California, summer always seems to start a little early. With warm weather, and tourists starting to bustle into Orange County, I am already in the summer time mindset. And I know me and my other fellow AP (annual passholder) friends enjoy a refreshing cocktail on a hot summer day, overlooking the Disneyland Resort atmosphere! However, some of the drinks at Disney can be a bit sweet and filled with flavored syrups. I prefer a cocktail flavored more naturally, with a light, refreshing taste that isn’t overloaded with sugar. That’s why I compiled this list of low calorie cocktails at Disneyland Resort! My favorites are highlighted in pink.

Lamplight Lounge (Disney California Adventure)

  • The Short: Plymouth Gin, fresh Lime and Lemon Juice, Agave Nectar, and Seasoned Veggies
  • Server Room Chill: a Fizzy Cocktail with Plymouth Gin, Aperol, Agave Nectar, and Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice.
  • Teaser: Greenbar City Bright Gin, Greenbar Hibiscus Liqueur, fresh Lime Juice, and Agave Nectar topped with Tonic Water

Carthay Circle Lounge & Carthay Circle Restaurant (Disney California Adventure)

  • Carthay Martini: Gin, vodka, dry vermouth, and olives! A classic.
  • The Derby: Bourbon, grapefruit juice, and honey. Not overly sweet!
  • Carthay Club Mojito: A pretty great version of a low calorie mojito! Rum, mint, lime juice, agave, and sparkling water. (Pictured above)

Hearthstone Lounge (Grand Californian Hotel)

  • Skinny Coconut Mojito: Natural tasting, and not overly sweet. Very minty!
  • Truffle Olive Martini
  • Bacardi Mojito: Not served with a light rum, but served with soda, lime, mint, and agave.
  • Agave Nectar Margarita: Light, and sweetened/flavored all-naturally. (Pictured Above)

Napa Rose & Lounge (Grand Californian Hotel)

  • The Napa Rose: This gin based cocktail is very refreshing, and flavored with fresh juices! One of my favorites.

Storyteller’s Cafe (Grand Californian Hotel)

  • Habañero Lime Margarita: Sweetened with agave, and infused with real jalapeno, this margarita is refreshing with a little bit of a kick!

Surfside Lounge (Paradise Pier Hotel)

  • Habanero Lime Margarita (Same one as Storyteller’s Cafe)
  • Agave Nectar Margarita: Traditional margarita sweetened with agave
  • Skinny Coconut Mojito (Same as at Hearthstone and Trader Sam’s)

Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar (Disneyland Hotel)

  • Rosita’s Margarita: Very fresh ingredients, not a syrupy-tasting margarita!
  • Skinny Coconut Mojito: Natural tasting, and not overly sweet. Very minty!
  • Shipwreck on the Rocks: You can ask for part ginger beer and part soda instead of the full amount of ginger beer to cut down on sweetness and calories.(Pictured above)

There are of course lots of great wines and beers you can find at the resort too, but since knowing what is in wine and beer is less of a guessing game, I wanted to focus on cocktails for summer! I would love to see pics of your favorites, or hear about what your favorite drink to order is at Disneyland Resort!
