Disclosure: This stay at Hilton Bonnet Creek was hosted but all thoughts and opinions are my own.
When you stay at the Hilton Bonnet Creek, you’re not just picking a reliable hotel for a good night’s sleep in-between visits to the Disney Parks. Rather, staying at Hilton Bonnet Creek is a vacation experience in and of itself. Without exaggeration, I can say that I’ve never stayed at a hotel anywhere that had as many offerings as this one did.

When you walk into Hilton Bonnet Creek, you are greeted with their enormous lobby and shiny floors. After picking up luggage and making the trek from the hectic Orlando Airport, you are instantly flooded with relaxation upon seeing its lobby. With the amazing customer service at check-in, the coffee shop to the left of the lobby lounge area, and a lavish bar at the end of the lobby, you can breathe a sigh of relief and know vacation has already begun before even getting your room key.
When you check-in, you will receive your key, a map (trust me, you’ll need it, as this Hilton is quite vast), and an Extra Magic Hour voucher (more on that later) for each day you are staying. If you’re a Hilton Honors Member, you will receive wifi information. If you’re not a Hilton Honors Member, I highly recommend you sign-up as it’s free, and once you sign up you receive complimentary wifi and bottled water at your stay at any Hilton hotel. You can then make your way to the guest room elevators, and along the way see vintage bathing suits in display frames that give the lobby a unique charm.
We stayed in a room that had a view facing Hilton Bonnet Creek’s pool and golf course. From their, you could also see many of Walt Disney World Resort’s landmarks, like the Hollywood Tower of Terror, Spaceship Earth, the Skyliner and more. It was breathtaking waking up to this view everyday, and on my next stay would request the same view!

The rooms themselves were very spacious. Our room had two queen beds, which were incredibly comfortable. I am not a great sleeper, but I slept perfectly every night. They also had a flat screen TV, refrigerator, desk, armchair, and plenty of outlets. Of course an attractive, spacious and comfortable room is a vacation essential. But for me, I love being able to have lots to do at a hotel itself, to kind of continue the vacation experience beyond the Disney Parks! In terms of food, Hilton Bonnet Creek has just about any type of food you could crave.

In the lobby, they have the coffee bar where you can get pastries, plus an amazing iced Americano. Inside the Hilton they also have Zeta Asia, that is a casual sit down restaurant along with bar, plus the bar in the lobby overlooking the pool. Their signature dining experience is La Luce, which even has special wine pairing dinners during Epcot’s Food & Wine Festival.

One of my favorite things about Hilton Bonnet Creek was that it connects to the Waldorf Astoria Orlando. The on-site convention center connects both the hotels, so you can easily walk without ever stepping outside between the hotels. Which meant we could easily also visit their restaurants and lounges. My favorite was Peacock Alley. It had a family friendly attitude but with an elegant atmosphere.

Now as mentioned, they have a pool area, which is very large and includes multiple jacuzzis and a lazy river. You can also dine or grab a drink at Hilton Bonnet Creek’s poolside grill. Next to the pool is the hotel’s fitness center that overlooks the lazy river. After a morning workout, you can enjoy breakfast at Harvest Bistro at the Hilton, which had an impressive array of buffet offerings. They even could accommodate various dietary restrictions.

Another favorite thing of mine to do at Hilton Bonnet Creek? Go to their on-site store which is packed with Disney Parks merchandise! Be sure to also check out the activities at the adjacent Waldorf Astoria, including their golf course and spa.

Is Hilton Bonnet Creek Good if You’re Going to Walt Disney World?
I know a lot of my reader’s priority when choosing an Orlando hotel is how accessible the Disney Parks are from it. As mentioned earlier in the post, you receive Extra Magic Hour vouchers for each day you stay (including the day you check-out). You can show these vouchers with a valid park ticket each time you want to attend an Extra Magic Hour at a Disney Park.

Another benefit is getting to the parks! The hotel has a complimentary shuttle that takes you to the parks, leaving about every 30 minutes. You can check the shuttle’s schedule here online or ask for a calendar at the front desk.
And there you have it! A look at what it’s like to stay at Hilton Bonnet Creek in Orlando, Florida. I highly recommend this hotel, and am already dreaming about my next stay at this ultimate vacation destination!
