That’s why I’ve compiled this eating guide to be all about healthy foods for Fourth of July at Disneyland Resort, to satisfy all your cravings for smoky and sweet, while getting the fuel you need for a big day at Disney!

- Chef’s Vegan Burger with fresh fruit
- Roasted Turkey sandwich with fresh fruit

- Half Chicken: Oven-roasted BBQ
- BBQ Tofu (Can be made vegan upon request)

Ariel’s Grotto (Table Service)
- Fire Roasted Corn Cakes: Sauteed spinach, onions, and Shiitake mushrooms with a spicy bean salsa and chili oil drizzle.
- Grilled Lobster Tail Salad (Minus the bacon): Mixed greens, avocado, tomato, quail egg.
Award Weiners (Quick Service)
- Portobello Mushroom Philly: Marinated and grilled Potobello mushrooms, onions, bell peppers. Order with a side of fruit.
Cozy Cone (Snack)
- Chicken Verde (Ask for it without the bread cone)
