Epcot’s International Flower and Garden Festival Food Guide – Vegan, Vegetarian, and Gluten-Free
I have been to Epcot’s Festival of the Arts and Festival of Holidays, but never the International Flower & Garden Festival! Many people told me that it was Epcot’s prettiest festival, so I was eager to check it out. Not only do all the flowers and topiaries look gorgeous, but the food I saw in pictures looks delicious. There were even several booths I found out that had produce from Melissa’s Produce, who I often visit for their cooking events here in Los Angeles! I went along the whole festival route, and tasted many of the vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options, which I’ll show pictures of here, as well as guide you to where you can find every vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free food item in this International Flower and Garden Festival food guide (available until June 3, 2019)!

Vegetarian
- Arbor at the Gardener’s Terrace: This is inside Odyssey Center, and a great air conditioned space if you’re wanting to cool off while you enjoy some food and drinks, as well as shop the festival merch. This is also one of the booths that has partnered with Melissa’s Produce!
- Fried Green Tomatoes requested without blue crab fennel salad.
- Mixed Berry Buttermilk Cake (my personal favorite dessert of the festival) (also gluten-free)
