Healthy and Delicious Disney-Inspired Lunches with good2grow!
With my daughter Amelia just starting preschool, I have been loving doing something fun with her once she’s done for school in the afternoon! One of the ways I’ve been making our after-preschool time extra special is by surprising her with healthy and delicious Disney-inspired lunches, paired with a good2grow drink that has a collectable character top!
My daughter has long been a fan of good2grow drinks – each drink has a special character top, with a huge variety of different Disney characters to choose from. Not only do the juices make me happy since they are USDA Certified Organic and 100% juice, and the lid completely spill-proof, but they make Amelia super excited since she has been starting to collect the good2grow character tops. On good2grow’s website, they have a Collectors Club you can sign-up for, and track the tops you’ve collected. When you join the Collector’s Club, you’ll get a special display stand and fun stickers to get you started. And when you log-in to the portal, you can see different collectors challenges, and see other collectors’ pictures. It’s a really fun activity for my daughter and I to do together by trying to collect all the Disney tops!

To add another element of Disney magic to our day, I decided to celebrate her first week of preschool and surprise her with a lunch inspired by a topper on her good2grow juice! I used Tinker Bell, Elena, Mickey from Mickey and the Roadster Racers, and Woody as my lunch inspirations:
Wild West Lunch

For the rootenist tootenist lunch in the wild wild west you can pair the good2grow Fruit Fusion 75% Less Sugar with a Woody character top!
Ingredients:
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- Sandwich filling of your choice (I used turkey and cheese)
- Mango
- Cucumber
Directions:
- Use a cowboy boot cookie cutter (or cut by hand) to cut your two slices of bread. Fill with your sandwich toppings of choice!
- Slice a mango and use a small star cookie cutter to make sheriff badge stars!
- Peel a cucumber and slice lengthwise to cut shapes to make a cucumber “cactus”.
- Pair with a Fruit Fusion 75% Less Sugar with a Woody character top from good2grow!
Roadster Lunch

To get your little one revved for lunchtime, make a Mickey and the Roadster Racers themed lunch paired with a good2grow Orange Mango Fortified Water with a Mickey Roadster Racer character top.
Ingredients:
- Flatbread
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Black olives
- Tomato
- Pineapple
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cut flatbread into a rectangular shape.
- Place mozzarella cheese on flatbread, and then cut 4 black olives in half, placing them in a checkered pattern on your pizza.
- Place in oven for 6-7 minutes.
- Using 2 slices of pineapple, cut a “2” and an “8” with a paring knife.
- Using a small Mickey Mouse cookie cutter, cut Mickey shapes out of tomato.

Avalor Lunch

Infusing food inspired by Elena’s guitar and scepter, this lunch is full of Avalor vibes!
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- Sandwich fillings of your choice
- Raspberries
- 1 slice of pineapple
- Blueberries
- Olive
- Ketchup
Directions:
- Stack two slices of bread together, and use a paring knife to cut into a guitar shape.
- Add sandwich toppings of your choice. Place half an olive on top of your sandwich for the hole of the guitar.
- Place some ketchup in a plastic sandwich bag, cutting a small hole in the corner. Use it to pipe on “guitar strings” on top.
- Using a paring knife and pineapple slice, cut your scepter handle. Place on a plate, then use blueberries for the top of your scepter.
- Place raspberries around the plate to represent the flowers on Elena’s dress.
- Pair with an Orange Mango Fortified Water with an Elena of Avalor character top from good2grow!
Pixie Lunch

Have a lunch filled with pixie dust, inspired by the good2grow Fortified Water with Tinker Bell character top!
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- Light whipped cream cheese
- Thinly sliced cucumber
- Green grapes
- 1 slice of pineapple
Directions:
- Stack two slices of whole grain bread on top of one another, and use a paring knife to cut fairy wings.
