Halloween is a time for tricks, treats, and candy galore! Unfortunately, all those treats and candy are not the healthiest option. As much as I enjoy candy, I know my body feels so much better when the treats I eat are made from simple, raw ingredients.
If you want to get into to the spooky spirit in a healthier way, here’s an easy-to-make Halloween snack that’s deliciously healthy and adorable: pumpkin clementines with a Mickey twist. Everything always tastes better when Mickey shaped!
These are perfect for a school party, lunch box or even a side dish at your Halloween dinner. All you need is clementines, celery, apples, and an apple slicer or small circular cookie cutter.
To make these cute Mickey pumpkins snacks first peel the clementines. Cut celery for the stems and place the stem in the center of the clementine. Slice the apple and punch out circles using the center of the apple slicer or a small circular cookie cutter. Place these on the sides of the clementines as cute lil’ ears.
And there you have it. A simple healthy Halloween snack shaped like the one and only Mickey Mouse.
