Nourishing Yourself When Life is Busy

No matter what is going on in our lives, there is one thing in today’s world we all have in common: Being incredibly busy! Between working out, balancing a job, family, and social media, we are always on-the-go. We all need healthy nourishment to get through our day and to balance everything on our plate, but often with our hectic schedules fueling ourselves with natural foods can often become difficult to do. This is why one of my go-to’s is Odwalla 100% Juices, 100% Juice Smoothies, and Protein Smoothies. I love being able to place an Odwalla in my car or stroller cupholder, easily in my gym bag, or have it to sip on while working at my desk. Light and Refreshing Breakfast

I always make sure breakfast is a priority in my day, to help give me energy to start my morning. Since I normally have a short window of time to sit and enjoy my breakfast, I love just grabbing an Odwalla Protein Smoothie out of my fridge along with a container of Albertsons fresh-cut fruit for a breakfast I feel good about, and gives me plenty of protein and healthy fruits. The combination of natural sugar and protein is just what I need before doing morning errands or working out to keep me focused and energized.

When I come home from the gym, I am normally very hungry! I work very long hours blogging, either working on my computer writing and editing photos, or taking lots of photos and videos. Often when I’m “in the zone” it’s easy to forget to take time to stop and eat. Lately before I get started on my work, I grab an Odwalla and some pre-cut fresh fruit out of my fridge to keep by my computer, so that I have a natural and tasty food and drink I can easily snack on while I work. This helps me prevent from burning out, since I’m not having to spend a lot of time preparing a snack.

Each day, my husband and I try to make sure I get plenty of fruits and veggies in my diet.  Some days though, we aren’t necessarily in the mood for eating a lot of fruits and veggies, which is when Odwalla drinks come in handy.
