My Top 5 Favorite Disneyland Holiday Merch

My Top 5 Favorite Disneyland Holiday Merch

My favorite time of year is here: Holidays at Disneyland! And when it’s holiday time, that not only means great food but it means great MERCH! Between clothing, ears, home items, and novelty souvenir items, the selection is endless. Even for someone like me who goes once a week, I feel like I come across a new item nearly every time I visit! Having recently gone to cover Holidays at Disneyland, I went around to scope out what are my top 5 favorite Disneyland Holiday merch items, and hope this list will help you narrow down your wish list for your upcoming Disney trip!

Mickey Straw Toppers

My top 5 favorite Disneyland holiday merch

A smaller novelty souvenir item are the two different Mickey Mouse straw topper; a Mickey snowman that lights up, and a Mickey gingerbread man attached to a candy cane-striped straw. Both straws can only be purchased along with a drink, so with a drink and a topper the total will be around $10. I always love picking up these souvenir straw toppers since my daughter LOVES to use them on drinks at home! Plus when you can’t be at Disney, it adds a bit of Disney magic if you’re just sipping on a beverage on a normal day. You can find these at beverage carts and fruit stands throughout both parks.

Mickey Snowman Ornament Cup

My top 5 favorite Disneyland holiday merch

Exactly as the description says, this is a souvenir cup that looks like a snowman wearing a Mickey hat (one that is retro and says Mickey Mouse Club no less), and then on top of that hat, is the top of an ornament, making it a Mickey + Snowman + Ornament GIANT souvenir cup. I can’t get over how adorable and extra it is! It retails for $13.99-$15.99 (depending on item included and location), and with the purchase of it (depending on location) you also get fresh fruit (in most cases grapes or a pineapple spear) or a beverage. You can find it at fruit stands, the Mint Julep Bar, and Maurice’s Treats.

Minnie Mouse Plaid Ears

My top 5 favorite Disneyland holiday merch

This year, there’s three different Minnie Mouse holiday ears. One looks like a knit sweater with fluffy black pom poms for the ears. One is a take on the red and green ear variation they have each year; this year being red velvet ears with a green sequin bow and a snowflake design on the ears. And my favorite pair, are black sequin ears with a giant plaid bow in the center. I just love that these aren’t only Christmasy, but suited for winter in general, and has a very classy look to them. Plus, it goes with so many different style – whether you want an over-the-top Christmas look or a more classic look, they are the perfect Disney Parks accessory! You can find these all over the Parks, as well as online here for $27.99.

Pluto Popcorn Bucket

My top 5 favorite Disneyland holiday merch

The Pluto popcorn bucket is a returning Disneyland holiday merch item from last year, and even though it is its second time around, I still can’t get over its cuteness. Pluto is one of my favorite Disney characters, and Christmas is my favorite holiday, so stick an adorable Santa hat and holiday sweater on Pluto and it is just too cute! Plus having him as a popcorn bucket is not only a cute way to tote a snack around the parks, but it is also super cute to repurpose as a purse when going to Disneyland! You can find it for $18 at popcorn stands.

Light Up the Holiday Hat

This hat has got to be the definition of over-the-top holiday style, which is why I love it so much. This baseball cap is topped with Mickey ears AND antlers, as well as ornaments. Plus there’s switch inside the hat to have the word “Holiday” light up. Not only is it practical for sunny California winters, but it’s a cute addition to a Disney park-goer wardrobe for Holidays at Disneyland!

And there you have it! A round-up of my top 5 favorite Disneyland holiday merch! Which item is your fave?
