Moana Food Art Friday
For this food art Friday, I am gearing up for warm summer weather and beach days by making some Moana food art! The other day I blasted Moana music, while making this for my daughter for an afternoon snack. She recognized the inspiration from Moana’s boat instantly! After enjoying the snack, my daughter wanted to keep the Moana fun going by singing along to the soundtrack and doing pretend boat rides with her Pua and Hei Hei plushes.
- Whole wheat tortilla
- Pretzel sticks
- Sugar snap peas
- Cut tortilla in the shape of Moana’s sail, and make a swirl in the middle with a bottle of sriracha
- Place pretzel sticks around the sail to line it.
- Make waves at the bottom of the plate out of blueberries.
- Use carrots and sugar snap peas to make “palm trees” to complete your tropical look.
And there you have it! Some Moana food art for a summer food art Friday!
