About Anthony Lamas
Chef Anthony Lamas takes passion in Latin culinary traditions. His cooking experience began by helping with his family’s Spanish restaurant when he was a child. Today, he uses farm to table philosophies in his cooking, which infuses his Mexican and Puerto Rican heritage. Currently, Chef Anthony Lamas owns a four-star restaurant called Seviche, which has been the recipient of many awards. Macy’s Culinary Council and Chef Anthony Lamas Event
You can see the master chef in person at Macy’s Mission Valley in San Diego, CA on July 29th at 12PM at the Macy’s Culinary Council Event. This event is free, and there you will be able to hear Chef Lamas tell stories, culinary techniques and tips, and discuss how to make some of his favorite dishes. There will also be food and drinks for guests to enjoy! Plus following the event, if you make a purchase of $35 or more in the Home department, you will receive a signed copy of his cookbook Southern Heat.
