Celebrate National Chip and Dip Day with some healthy and simple guacamole!

Today has to be one of the yummiest food holidays: National Chip and Dip day! I wanted to pull out a favorite recipe of mine: healthy and simple guacamole. Only this time, I wanted to make a layered dip with it, and pair it with some of my favorite go-to, healthy eating chips: Good Health brand chips.

 

Dip Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt
  • Olives
  • Salsa
  • Guacamole ingredients:
    • One Avocado
    • One lime or a squirt of lime juice
    • Red Pepper flakes
    • Salt Free Chili Powder

 

All you have to do to make this yummy and clean eating dip is mix all of the guacamole ingredients together. Then, you place in a bowl a layer of Greek yogurt or sour cream, then olives, then salsa, and guacamole. Squirt with lime to top to help decrease browning. Then enjoy dipping with Good Health chips. My personal favorite with this dip are the Black Bean & Rice Tortilla chips, and the Sea Salt Eat Your Veggies chips! These are two of my favorites since they are both organic, gluten-free, and filled with vitamins and natural ingredients.
