Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge

Simple vegan chocolate fudge topped with GoMacro's peanut butter bar! Vegan, soy-free, gluten-free, healthy fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cocoa nibs
  • 1 can of coconut cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 large GoMacro Peanut Butter bar

Instructions

  1. Melt your cocoa nibs on the stove top by cooking on low heat, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
  2. Once melted, remove from stove top and add your can of coconut cream and stir into the chocolate until both are melted and combined.
  3. Add in your salt and vanilla, stirring again.
  4. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour your mixture into the loaf pan.
  5. Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, then place pieces of your GoMacro Peanut Butter bar on top. Put back in the refrigerator again for another 3 hours.
